Student Leader Projects Underway

We’ve received a great response from universities to our new Student Leadership Programme.

After receiving several notes of interest from past volunteers we were been able to establish Student Lead Projects within MMU, Keele, Edge Hill, Aston and Birmingham Universities and things are looking very encouraging for 2012 (fingers crossed).

The past volunteers who are getting involved are Hannah Piltcher & Eleanor Reilly (Aston – see their facebook group), Ellie Livermore (MMU), Yael Collins (Birminham) and Ethan Clarke (Keele).

If you’re a student at any of these universities, and are interested in short-term (4-6 week) projects next summer, please drop us an email and we’ll put you in touch with the student co-ordinator at your university.

If you’re an interested student but don’t attend any of those universities, don’t worry – you can still volunteer to teach abroad through our standard programme!
